Question 1

Is Leviathan Network a franchise?

Accepted Answer

No. You form and own your own company. Leviathan Network provides setup assistance, systems, training, and network access — it does not own your business, your customers, or your revenue.

Question 2

Do you guarantee jobs or income?

Accepted Answer

No. Leviathan Network does not guarantee jobs, income, sales volume, work availability, or business success. Results vary by market, qualifications, performance, pricing, expenses, effort, customer demand, licensing, and other factors.

Question 3

Do I need prior experience in commercial maintenance?

Accepted Answer

No prior experience is required, but effort is. The program is structured so you can learn the trade and the business side at the same time.

Question 4

How is my service area chosen?

Accepted Answer

You choose the city or ZIP Code where you want to operate. Setup, including Starter Commercial Maintenance Platform service-area configuration, is built around that market.

Question 5

What does the 30 days of phone support cover?

Accepted Answer

Direct phone access during setup and your first work: pricing questions, estimating, proposals, insurance and formation questions, and general operating guidance.

Question 6

Is the monthly membership required?

Accepted Answer

No. Ongoing monthly membership is optional. It exists for operators who want continued support, tools, updates, and network access after the initial setup window.

Question 7

What licensing do I need?

Accepted Answer

Licensing, registration, and insurance requirements vary by state, county, and municipality. You are responsible for meeting the requirements in your own market. Leviathan Network provides guidance, not legal or licensing authority.

Question 8

When will the member platform be available?

Accepted Answer

The member platform — dashboard, network, messaging, opportunities, estimating, templates, and training — is in active development. Membership today runs through direct onboarding and phone support.
