Our story
Build Your Own Dollar
Leviathan Network came out of commercial maintenance work performed in real markets, for real buildings, under real pricing pressure.
The trade came first. Loading docks, parking structures, storefronts, warehouses — the unglamorous work that every commercial property needs performed on a schedule, by someone reliable, at a price that holds up.
What became obvious over time is that the work was never the hard part. The hard part was the business around it: forming an entity, carrying the right insurance, quoting jobs with labor and equipment and trip charges accounted for, writing a proposal a facility manager would actually sign, and invoicing in a way that gets paid.
Most people capable of doing excellent work never get past that second part. They stay on someone else's payroll, doing the same labor for a fraction of the ticket, because nobody ever handed them the operating side.
Leviathan Network exists to hand it over. Not as a franchise, not as a course recorded once and sold forever, but as setup assistance, working systems, direct phone support, and a nationwide network of operators running their own companies in their own markets.
Live your life on your terms — not entirely on another man's dollar.

Several businesses established with or for other operators generated roughly $20,000 within their first two months; some generated more. These are strictly historical founder and business results.
Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.
Results vary based on work ethic, skill, market, availability, pricing, expenses, qualifications, customer demand, execution, individual drive, and other factors. Leviathan Network can provide systems, knowledge, support, and network access. The operator still has to execute.
What we believe
Ownership Beats a Shortcut
We are not interested in overnight income stories. We are interested in whether the company still stands in five years, whether the accounts renew, and whether the person running it owns what they built.
Leviathan Network does not guarantee jobs, income, sales volume, work availability, or business success. Results vary by market, qualifications, performance, pricing, expenses, effort, customer demand, licensing, and other factors.
