Leviathan Network, operated by Leviathan Dominion LLC, provides business-launch assistance, operating systems, templates, guidance, support, and membership network access for independent commercial maintenance businesses. Leviathan Network is not a franchise, employer, staffing agency, or job placement service.

Any business you form is owned and operated solely by you. You are responsible for your entity, licensing, insurance, taxes, employees, subcontractors, equipment, pricing, contracts, and customer relationships.

Leviathan Network does not guarantee jobs, income, sales volume, work availability, or business success. Results vary by market, qualifications, performance, pricing, expenses, effort, customer demand, licensing, and other factors.

Guidance on entity formation, insurance, pricing, and operations is general in nature and is not legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or financial advice. Consult qualified professionals licensed in your jurisdiction.

Membership terms, fees, and billing intervals are disclosed before enrollment. Ongoing monthly membership is optional and may be cancelled according to the terms disclosed at enrollment. Fees already paid for a completed service period are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

You agree not to misuse the site or network, misrepresent your affiliation with Leviathan Network or Leviathan Dominion LLC, resell or redistribute member materials, or use the network to harass, defraud, or harm others. Access may be suspended or terminated for violations.

Templates, training materials, systems, and site content are the property of Leviathan Dominion LLC and are licensed to members for their own business use only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leviathan Dominion LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the site, materials, or services.

These terms may be updated. Continued use of the site or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
